Elaine Water Works Customers. Water service should be returned or returning soon. Please be advised that due to water service repairs for an extended period of time we are under a precautionary boil notice. All water used for drinking or cooking should be boiled at least one mintue before using. Updates will be provided as further information is received from the Arkansas Dept of Health.
